Mushroom Chicken Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 glass rice
- 10 glass water
- 1 Chicken breast (sliced)
- Carrots (shredded)
- 2 Spring onions (finely sliced)
- 7 garlic (grind)
- 1 onion (finely sliced)
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ bowl of dried mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
- Soak rice for 15 minutes then wash.
- Soak rice with sesame oil for 15 minutes.
- Soak dried mushrooms in water with oyster sauce for 10 minutes.
- Make porridge by boiling 1 glass of rice with 10 glass of water.
- Saute onions and mushrooms until fragrant. Add carrots, chicken, salt, and soy sauce.
- Cook porridge until done. Garnish with spring onions and stir-fried chicken.
- Ready to eat.
