Cakalang Porridge
Ingredients
- 2 sweet corn
- 2 scoops of rice
- 1 bunch of kangkong
- 1 skipjack tuna
- 2 garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 spring onion
- 2 bay leaves
- Salad and pepper
- Fish souce
Cooking Instructions
- Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant.
- Add carrots, corn, kangkong, fish, salt, soy sauce, and bay leaves.
- Cook until fragrant and add the spring onions.
- Ready to eat
