Vegetable Frittata
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 garlic
- Basil leaves
- Onion leaves
- 1 chili
- 1 tomato
- 1 bell pepper
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Cheese
Cooking Instructions
- Beat eggs.
- Saute onion, chili, spring onion (the white part only), vegetables, and mushrooms. Cook until soft.
- Add eggs.
- Add basil and green onion (the green part).
- Sprinkle cheese, and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Ready to eat.
