Fragrant Steamed Rice with Chicken Liver
Ingredients
- 6 chicken legs (remove claws)
- 2 bowls rice
- 2 chicken livers (chopped roughly)
- ½ carrot
- ¼ onion
- 2 garlic
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 5 bowls water
Cooking Instructions
- Boil chicken legs and bay leaves for 30 minutes
- Saute onion, chicken liver, carrot, soy sauce, sauce, and salt until the water is reduced
- Prepare 4 bowls for the steamer
- Put the rice in the bowls with sauteed chicken liver on top. Steam for 30 minutes.
- Ready to eat
