Choco Balls
Ingredients
- 250 g Marie Regal biscuits (crushed)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 5 tbsp sorghum sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- Chocolate glaze: 150gr dark cooking chocolate, 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Sprinkle (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Have a mixing bowl ready. Mix crushed biscuits, melted unsalted butter, and cocoa powder.
- Add sorghum sugar and mix well. The dough is ready. Shaped into balls until there's no dough remaining.
- Melt the ingredients for the chocolate glaze and dip the chocolate balls into the glaze. Add sprinkles as a topping (optional).
- Store in the refrigerator for about 4 hours and serve. Enjoy.
