Cassava with Cheese
Ingredients
- ½ kg cassava
- Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 glass ice cubes
- 2 garlic
- 1 tsp pan roasted coriander
- Salt
- Grated cheese
Cooking Instructions
- Choose fresh, firm, and mold-free cassavas. The skin should be easy to peel and soft when steamed.
- Boil the cut-and-peeled cassavas in water. After that, soak them in a container of ice water, garlic, coriander, and salt.
- Fry the cassava with oil. (Be careful when putting it in). Sprinkle cheese all over.
- Ready to eat.
