Cheesy Chicken
Ingredients
- Couscous
- 2 chicken breasts
- ½ bowl of bread crumbs
- Egg
- ¼ bowl of water
- Butter
- Oregano, parsley, and garlic powder
- Mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp milk
Cooking Instructions
- Pound chicken to even the thickness.
- Add pieces of butter, salt, and bread crumbs.
- Roll the chicken and tie it with a string.
- Dip the chicken into a beaten egg and then into breadcrumbs. Repeat this step twice.
- Fry until golden brown and cooked.
- 250g couscous uses 750 ml boiled water. Refer to the instructions provided on the packaging to prepare the couscous.
- Plate the chicken and couscous drizzled with sauce.
- Ready to eat.
