Coffee Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 100 g spaghetti
- 6 cloves garlic, bruised and minced
- 3 cloves shallot, finely chopped
- 50 g chicken fillet/ground beef
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp ground coffee, brewed with 100 ml water
- Sugar and salt
Cooking Instructions
- Boil spaghetti for 8 minutes until cooked (al dente) and drain.
- Heat up the margarine. Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add oyster sauce.
- Add sliced carrots and chicken/minced meat with a pinch of salt. Add water and cook until fully done.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture. Mix them together, sprinkle in some sugar, and do a taste test.
- Add ground black pepper, stir evenly, then add the brewed coffee while stirring to ensure an even mixture. Once everything is cooked, remove from heat, and the food is ready to serve.
