Salted Fish Vermicelli
Ingredients
- 50g salted fish cut into cubes
- 3 garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 bowls of bean sprouts
- 2 chives
- 250g rice noodles
- 2 bowls of mustard greens
- Cooking oil
Cooking Instructions
- Soak vermicelli in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and dry
- Beat eggs and fry in oil.
- Saute garlic until fragrant and add salted fish. Once cooked, add mustard greens, vermicelli, and egg.
- Add the bean sprouts and spring onion.
- Ready to eat.
