Tomato Pan-fried Dori
Ingredients
- Dori fish fillet 200 g
- 4 garlic cloves, smacked and minced
- 1 large tomato, finely diced
- 2 curly red chili, sliced
- 3 shallot cloves, sliced
Cooking Instructions
- Marinate the fish with lime/calamansi, salt, and minced garlic for approximately 15-30 minutes (for both sides).
- Pan-fried fish on a Teflon with some butter until golden brown. Plate.
- Swiftly saute a dash of hot oil (such as olive oil), sliced tomatoes, chilies, and shallots. Remove from heat and drizzle sweet soy sauce.
- Pour the saute on the fish. Ready to serve.
