Salsa Fish
Ingredients
- 2 fish filets (boneless)
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 bell peppers (green, red, yellow)
- 1 onion
- 8 asparagus
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
Cooking Instructions
- Saute onion in oil until fragrant. Add bell peppers, asparagus, salt, and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Place in a bowl and add tomato slices.
- Fry the fish in oil or using an air-fryer.
- Once cooked, add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Plate the sauteed vegetables (salsa) and put the fried fish on top.
- Ready to eat.
