Spring Salad
Ingredients
- 5 lettuce leaves, washed (can use apple cider vinegar to rinse)
- 1/4 red cabbage, washed with apple cider vinegar and sliced
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 green pear, diced
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 1.5 tbsp chia seed
- Salad dressing:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
Cooking Instructions
- We recommend washing all fruits and vegetables with apple cider vinegar or salt water. Soak for 10 minutes and rinse, so that the pesticide residues and insects/caterpillars are eliminated.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate. Slice red cabbage, pears, apples, and cherry tomatoes.
- Combine all salad dressing ingredients. Mix well and pour over the salad.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds and ready to serve.
