Koji Grilled Fish
Ingredients
- 120 g salmon
- 2 tbsp shio koji
Cooking Instructions
- Marinate the fish with shio koji for 1 to 12 hours, and store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
- Take the fish out of the fridge, and remove any excess marinade to prevent it from scorching easily.
- Bake the fish in a toaster oven or air fryer for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy with hot rice, or alongside vegetables.
- This recipe can also be made with snapper or other types of fish.
