Natto Tofu
Ingredients
- 350 g chilled silken tofu (1 box)
- 1 box natto
- 1sdm soy sauce
- Scallions to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Remove the silken tofu from the box and rinse with boiled water. Pat dry with paper towel and put aside on a plate.
- Unwrap the natto, combine the mustard and soy sauce, and stir until smooth and bubbly.
- Pour natto over tofu. Pour some soy sauce and garnish with spring onion. Natto tofu is ready to enjoy.
