Fried Fish Balls
Ingredients
- 250 g Spanish mackerel
- 140 ml ice water
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 130 g sago flour
- 2 stalks of spring onion, chopped
- 1 egg white
- Lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Marinate the fish with salt and lime juice for 15 minutes, then blend it with ice water and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add sago flour and spring onion.
- Bring water to a boil, and using a spoon, form the fish mixture into fish balls. Boil for approximately 3 minutes and drain.
- Air fry the meatballs until they turn golden yellow
- Ready to serve
