SC Group 8 examined the conditions of Indonesian children and offered guidance to help them lead healthier lives. Shifting the mindset from “as long as it’s cheap and filling” to a habit of consuming nutritious food and drinks is challenging. Therefore, a suggestion is to eat and drink healthily for 5 days a week, while allowing for more freedom on the remaining 2 days is made.
