  4. Vitamins dan Minerals
    Consuming fruits and vegetables at suhoor is also a way to help keep the body hydrated.
    Examples of good options include watermelon, strawberries, oranges, tomatoes, cucumbers,
    lettuce, spinach, and celery.

To get the most out of fasting, consider suhoor as a vital role in sustaining your body until it’s
time to break the fast. A good suhoor menu enables us to stay on top of our activities.

It is recommended to pour extra care into preparing your suhoor menu and resist the
