Have you tried healthy noodles? Noodles have become one of the favorite foods of many people. The most common noodles we encounter in Indonesia are instant noodles, for which excessive consumption is not recommended.

Healthy noodles are types of noodles that are flour-based and whose manufacturing process includes a variety of vegetables. They usually come in colorful vegetable colors and do not use preservatives in their manufacturing process. This is the distinguishing feature when compared to instant noodles.

Lethek Noodles are made of tapioca flour and dried cassava, which is referred to by the people of Bantul as gaplek. The manufacturing process does not use chemicals. Lethek noodles are a healthy source of carbohydrates and are regarded as one of the culinary delights in Yogyakarta.

Shirataki noodles are made from the roots of tuberous plants, namely konjac (konnyaku) which is often called glucomannan fiber. The root of the konjac plant is processed into flour and made into shirataki noodles. It is quite high in fiber content and is low in calories.
