Ayam Kung Pao
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillet
- Cashews/nuts
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 stalks of spring onion, sliced
- 5 dried chilies
- Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 bowl water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Cooking Instructions
- Fry the peanuts and set aside
- Marinade the chicken with soya sauce and cornstarch
- Mix seasoning ingredients in a bowl
- Sauté onion, chilies, and seasoning ingredients until fragrant; then add chicken and peanuts
- Add spring onion
- Ready to serve
