Baby Chayote Stir Fry with egg
Ingredients
- 500g baby chayote
- 2 eggs
- 4 garlic cloves, bruised and minced
- Curly red chili, diagonally sliced
- Spring onions, diagonally sliced
- 100ml of water
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Fish sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Wash the baby chayote thoroughly and cut it to your preference.
- Beat eggs together with a dash of salt and pepper. Cook them scrambled eggstyle and set aside.
- Saute garlic until fragrant and add the baby chayote, curly red chili, and spring onion. Add some water, salt, sugar, and fish sauce. Adjust the taste, and cook until tender.
- Finally, add the egg on top. Ready to serve.
