Cauliflower Curry
Ingredients
- 1 bowl of red rice
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 cauliflower
- Basil Leaf
Cooking Instructions
- Soak rice for 15 minutes and wash it off.
- Cook in a rice cooker.
- Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
- Stir fry onion and curry with ½ bowl of water until the consistency resembles a paste.
- Add basil and cauliflower. Plate the rice and the cauliflower.
- Ready to eat.
