Cheese Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 4 potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 400 ml UHT milk
- 30 g mozzarella cheese
- 40 g parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Wash the broccoli, soak in salt water for 15 minutes, then rinse and drain
- Cut and wash the potatoes, then soak them briefly
- Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes and the potatoes for 15 minutes
- For the sauce: heat the butter, then add the flour. Gradually stir in the milk, cheese, pepper, and salt
- Mix the sauce into the broccoli, arrange the potatoes, top them with the broccoli, and bake for 20 minutes at 150 degrees
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Ready to serve
