Chicken Congee
Ingredients
- 2 bowls of chicken broth
- 4 bowls of water
- 3 garlic
- 1 cm ginger
- 4 spring onions
- 1 chicken Breast
- ½ bowl of rice
- Fried onion
- Fried garlic
- Thai basil
- Chili in soy sauce
- 1 hard-boiled egg
Cooking Instructions
- Put chicken stock, water, ginger, and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil. Add chicken and rice, then simmer for 30 minutes. Once done, remove the ginger and onion.
- Shred the chicken and add them to the broth. Cover for 30 minutes. If the consistency is too thick, add more water.
- Sprinkle scallions, fried garlic, and soy sauce-soaked chili peppers to taste, and add a boiled egg to make it more delicious.
- Ready to Eat.
