Moringa and Pandan Iced Jelly
Ingredients
- Jelly ingredients:
- 150 g moringa leaves
- 100 g pandan leaves
- 1 sachet of nutrijel plain agar agar
- 700 ml water
- 4 tbsp stevia
- Additional:
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp stevia sugar - dissolved
- Large ice cubes
- 250 ml water to dissolve sugar
Cooking Instructions
- Wash and cut the moringa leaves and pandan leaves into small pieces.
- Blend the moringa and pandan leaves with water, then strain to extract the liquid.
- Combine 700 ml of water, sugar, and plain agar-agar powder in a pot.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. it reaches a boil. Meanwhile, prepare large ice cubes to shape the jelly.
- Once boiling, turn off the heat and add the large ice cubes, whisking continuously until the mixture forms a moss-like texture.
- In a separate container, mix evaporated milk with a sugar solution, stirring until well combined. Add the moss jelly, mix thoroughly, and taste to adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour in the moringa pandan jelly mixture.
