Gado-gado
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- Fried onions
- Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tomato
- 2 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- ½ cabbage
- Bean sprouts
- 4 boiled egg
- Tempeh
- Tofu
- Peanuts
- Peanut sauce
- Crackers
- Emping
- Lontong (rice)
Cooking Instructions
- Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Fry tempeh, tofu, and peanuts.
- Arrange lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrots, bean sprouts, potatoes, tofu, tempeh, and sliced boiled eggs on a plate.
- Drizzle with peanut sauce and sweet soy sauce. Garnish with crackers, emping, fried onions, and lontong (rice).
- Ready to eat.
