Karaage Chicken
Ingredients
- 300 g chicken thigh (boneless)
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sake
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ egg (beaten)
- 2 ½ maize flour
- Lettuce
- Parsley leaves
- Onion
Cooking Instructions
- Wash the chicken thoroughly and cut into large pieces.
- Marinate in soy sauce, sake, salt, ginger, onion, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
- Beat the egg and pour it over the chicken.
- Sprinkle some flour on the chicken before frying it.
- Fry the chicken on low heat. When it has browned, turn it over.
- Drain the oil.
- Fry the chicken for the second time with hot new oil.
- Drain the oil.
- Serve with lettuce and parsley leaves.
- Ready to eat.
