Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
- 100ml almond milk
- fruit slices: bananas and strawberries
Cooking Instructions
- Prepare a covered bowl/glass Put in oats, chia seeds, and flaxseed
- Add almond milk and mix well. Store covered in the refrigerator
- In the morning, prepare the fruit slices as toppings. The overnight oats are ready to serve
