Pecel Rice
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of spinach – remove the stem and cut
- 10 long beans - slice 3 cm long
- 150g beansprouts
- 1 cucumber - sliced
- Fried tempeh
- Rempeyek (nut crackers)
- 150g peanuts - fried
- Pecel seasoning :
- 2 chilies
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp tamarind water
- 3 lime leaves
- 3 phalanges of aromatic ginger
- ½ tsp salt
- 50g palm sugar
- 150ml water
Cooking Instructions
- Boil spinach, string beans, and beansprouts. Meanwhile blend the roasted peanuts with the complete Pecel seasoning, gradually incorporating water until achieving the desired consistency.
- Arrange all vegetables on plates and drizzle with Pecel seasoning.
- Add rice, fried tempeh, and Rempeyek.
- Ready to enjoy.
