Pineapple Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken marinade:
- ½ chicken
- ¼ bowl soy sauce
- ¼ bowl pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 red onion
- 4 garlic
- ½ tablespoon ginger
- Salsa sauce:
- Pepper
- Chili
- 2 tbsp oil
- ¼ bowl of holy basil leaves
- 2 bowls of pineapple
- ½ red onion
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp thyme leaves
- 1 avocado
Cooking Instructions
- Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
- Combine ingredients to make the salsa sauce.
- Grill/pan-fry chicken until cooked and mix in the remaining sauce. Sauté for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add holy basil. Complement the dish with salsa and rice.
- Ready to eat.
