Seaweed Soup
Ingredients
- +/- 4 tbsp dried seaweed
- 3 cloves of garlic, bruised and minced
- 500ml broth - https://ayo-ma.com/resep/aneka-kaldu-tanpa-gula/
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt, sugar, and pepper
- Chicken/beef/tuna fish cutlet - optional
Cooking Instructions
- Soak dried seaweed until supple and rehydrated. Cut to your preference and put aside.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, add broth, and bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar, and pepper. You can also add chicken/meat/tuna. Let it simmer until fully cooked.
- Add seaweed, combine well, and taste. After it boils, remove it from the heat.
- Drizzle sesame oil and the dish is ready to enjoy.
