Shirataki Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 pack of shirataki noodles
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic
- 1 egg
- 2 mustard greens leaves
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tomato
Cooking Instructions
- Boil the shirataki noodles for 2 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- Beat Egg. Stir fry onion, tomato, mustard greens, and beaten egg. Once the vegetables are cooked, add shirataki noodles and oyster sauce.
- Ready to eat.
