Shrimp Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- Rice paper (spring roll wrapper)
- Fried shrimp
- Lettuce
- Red cabbage
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Bell pepper
- Chili
- Rice vermicelli
- Sesame oil
- Hoisin/peanut sauce
- Spring onion
- Holy basil leaves
- Mint leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Boil vermicelli in water until soft. Drain and pat dry.
- Add sesame oil, herbs, and shrimp to the vermicelli.
- Soak rice paper for 20 seconds. Arrange vegetables, herbs, vermicelli, shrimp, and Hoisin sauce onto the rice paper and wrap.
- Ready to eat.
