Angco Siomak
Ingredients
- 250 g siomak
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp angkak (red yeast rice)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- Water
- Oil for sautéing
Cooking Instructions
- Wash siomak, cut into 2 parts.
- Put garlic in hot oil. Add angkak, salt, sugar and fish sauce. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add siomak, stir-fry until softened.
- Add pepper and a dash of water.
- Angco Siomak is ready to serve.
