Taro Compote
Ingredients
- 1/4 bowl tapioca pearls
- 300g taro roots
- 4 bowls of water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 50g palm sugar
- 120ml coconut milk
Cooking Instructions
- Wash Tapioca in cold water, and drain.
- Bring the taro, water, and salt to a boil.
- Cook on low heat until done.
- Stir the tapioca with fork and add it to the taro miture, stir well for 3 minutes.
- Add sugar and coconut milk. Turn off the heat and rest for 5 minutes.
- Ready to eat.
