Toasted Sourdough Bread with Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 slice of sourdough bread
- 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/2 tsp herbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 chicken egg
Cooking Instructions
- Mash avocado. Mix with herbs, olive oil, and a pinch of Himalayan salt. Set aside.
- Cook a sunny-side-up egg to your liking. Set aside.
- Toast sourdough bread and cherry tomatoes. Arrange on a plate.
- Spread the avocado on the bread and top with egg. Ready to serve.
