Tomato Egg Soup
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe tomatoes/cherry tomatoes
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt, sugar, and pepper

Cooking Instructions
- Wash and cut the tomatoes.
- Take the white part of the spring onions and cut them into pieces.
- Saute them until fragrant. Add broth and bring it to a boil. Add waterdissolved cornstarch and stir well.
- Beat eggs and pour into the soup slowly while stirring. Add tomatoes, salt, sugar, and pepper. Taste. After boiling, remove from heat and sprinkle the spring onions’ green part on top.
- Ready to serve.
