Vegan Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp mirin vinegar
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Cabbage
- Mini radish
- Spring onions
- Avocado and lemon juice
- Brown/black rice
Cooking Instructions
- Sauté onion in sesame oil until fragrant.
- Add tofu, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
- Cook over low heat until the flavours are absorbed by the tofu.
- Arrange 1 serving of rice with chopped vegetables and stir-fried tofu in a bowl.
- Ready to eat.
