Wedang Tapai
Ingredients
- 2-5 tbsp glutinous rice tapai (white or green)
- 3 tsp honey
- 200ml hot water
Cooking Instructions
- Add honey, stir with hot water
- Add glutinous rice tapai, stir
- Wedang tapai is ready to enjoy
- The more glutinous rice tapai you use, the more sour and intense the flavour will be
