Among them are turmeric, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, saffron, cardamom, kemukus, secang, and candlenut. These certificates authenticate the origin of the spice as Indonesian and recognize its unique qualities.<\/p>\n<p>Numerous Indonesian spices have been granted Geographical Indication certificates, including:<br \/>\n&#8211; Alor Islands Vanilla<br \/>\n&#8211; Koerintji Cinnamon<br \/>\n&#8211; Minahasa Cloves<br \/>\n&#8211; Moloku Kie Raha Clove<br \/>\n&#8211; Siau Nutmeg<br \/>\n&#8211; Banda Islands Nutmeg<br \/>\n&#8211; Muntok White Pepper<br \/>\n&#8211; Malonan Pepper Kutai Kartanegara East Kalimantan<\/p>\n<p>Indonesia continues to be celebrated as a leading producer of high-quality spices, with many being exported globally. However, despite the abundance of spices, local appreciation for these valuable products has declined. Let&#8217;s show gratitude for Indonesia&#8217;s natural spice wealth by supporting local spice farmers through purchasing their products.
